| Description: | This course is designed to provide students who have already completed a BA degree in English and/or International Business with a refresher in the concepts and methods of intercultural communication. In this course we will place a special emphasis on the dynamics of intercultural pragmatics during business communication and, in doing so, take a closer look at multiple case studies and critical incidents in intercultural business communication that illustrate these dynamics. |
