We are the central point of reference for postdocs at JLU.
At PCMO, the Department for Human Resource Development closely cooperates with partners at the

Our tasks
- We want all postdocs to arrive well at JLU.
- We offer postdocs further training and individual counselling on all aspects of their career.
- We network postdocs at JLU - within their disciplines and beyond.
- We promote exchange with their network at scientific conferences.
- In our mentoring programs, we bring postdocs together with experts from various professional fields.
