The size of the apartments varies between 19 m² and 29 m²
The monthly rent for one person is between € 288.80 and € 440.80.
Basic cleaning fee (to be paid when moving out) in the amount of € 60,00
Deposit of € 100,00 (to be paid in cash at the office of the administration)
Max. rental period 6 months.
Electricity is charged separately according to monthly consumption of the guest.
2 Room Apartment
Our 2 room apartments are equipped as follows:
- Living and dining area
- Bedroom
- Corridor
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- WiFi
- LAN -Connection
The size of the flats varies between 40 m² and 59 m².
The monthly rent for one to two persons is between € 580.00 and € 855.50.
Basic cleaning fee (to be paid when moving out) in the amount of € 80,00
Deposit in the amount of € 200,00 (to be paid in cash at the office of the administration)
Max. rental period 1 year
Electricity is charged separately according to monthly consumption of the guest.
3 Room Apartment
Our family apartments are equipped as follows:
- Living and dining area
- Bedroom
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and WC, occasionally there are also guest WC's
- Corridor
- Children's room
- WiFi and LAN connection
The size of the flats varies between 74 m² and 83 m².
The monthly rent for up to four persons is between € 1,006.40 and € 1,128.80.
Basic cleaning fee (to be paid when moving out) in the amount of € 100,00
Deposit of € 300.00 (to be paid in cash at the administration office)
Max. rental period 1 year
Electricity is charged separately according to monthly consumption of the guest.
Note: For a stay of less than 14 days/nights, neither a basic cleaning fee, nor a deposit are due. Likewise,
the electricity costs are waived.
