With JLUsign, you can send documents digitally for signature and handle signature processes easily and seamlessly. The solution is designed specifically for processes involving individuals or organizations outside of JLU.

When should I use JLUsign?
JLUsign is the right solution when a document needs to be signed electronically and external parties are involved in the signing process, for example, contracting parties, business partners, or other external individuals.
Typical use cases include the following:
- Contracts and agreements with external partners
- Documents signed by JLU members and external individuals
- Signature processes in which documents are to be sent digitally to external parties
Please read before use
JLUsign is a paid service. Its use incurs costs for JLU. Therefore, please use it specifically for signature processes that have an external impact or involve external parties.
At this time, signature and approval processes internal to JLU are not covered by JLUsign.
Important: All processes created and completed or inactive in JLUsign will be deleted after 30 days. Therefore, be sure to download them in a timely manner and save them in your filing system.
