Establishment of annual performance reviews at JLU

Based upon the resolution “principles of collaboration and leadership in the hessian state 

administration”  of the hessian state government, JLU establishes annual performance reviews as a compulsory HR Development tool since 2019. All employees are compelled to conduct annual performance reviews with their respective supervisors or subordinated employees in addition to every communication.
