Dresden Actor's Relief The cast of this Early Imperial relief, whose original is preserved in Dresden, is unique in Germany. It was donated by the archaeologist Margarete Bieber, who devoted her doctoral thesis to the relief in 1907 and demonstrated that large portions of it had been added in modern times. The cast preserves the ancient elements and, through the small fragment to the right of the head, even retains details no longer visible in the original relief in Dresden. Dimensions: 31 cm high, 36 cm wide
