NEO ER - Network on Extracurricular and Out-of-School Time Educational Research

The International Network on Extracurricular and Out-of-School Time Educational Research (NEO ER) exists as an international platform in the area of extended education. In the face of a growing interest for extracurricular and out-of-school time education, which can be observed in numerous debates and in many different countries, the network was founded (see also about NEO ER for more details).

[Dec 2016] · Save the Date: The Conference "Extended Education from an International Comparative Point of View" will take place from 30 November 2017 to 2 December 2017 at the University of Bamberg, Germany.

[Jul 2016] · International Workshop on Empirical Educational Research - Extended Education
From 28 November to 1 December 2016 there will be an international workshop on empirical educational research in the field of extended education at the Philipps University of Marburg. The deadline for applications is August, 31th 2016. Further details can be found on the Workshop Website.

[Feb 2016] · 4th Conference of the International Network on Extracurricular and Out-of-School Time Educational Research (NEO ER) at SKKU, South Korea
On 29 April 2016 international researchers in the field of extended education meet at SungKyunKwan University, Seoul, South Korea (Link to the SKKU Website). Title of the conference is “Expanding the Horizon of Research in Extended Education. Perspective, Fields and Methods”.
