The Friends’ Association of the Collection of Classical Antiquities was founded in 2009. Its mission is to support the integration of the university’s teaching collection into the broader public cultural sphere. The association aims to promote the collection and its significant holdings by raising public awareness through events, exhibitions, guided tours, and the publication of exhibition catalogues and thematic booklets. It also seeks to enrich the collection through the acquisition of selected objects and to ensure their preservation through restoration initiatives. The association welcomes everyone interested in supporting, preserving, and promoting the collection and the archaeological heritage of antiquity. We warmly invite you to join us.
