The Exceptional Approval of Anticipatory Self-Defence against WMD under International Law

I will study how “weapons of mass destruction”(WMD) can affect humans and society. Furthermore, I will explain why anticipatory self-defence is necessary when a WMD attack that could cause a catastrophe is imminent. I will conduct this research, focusing on international humanitarian law.
