- Hello, I’m Ayse Nur Songür Bozdag from Izmir Katip Celebi University, Turkey. I'm working on my doctoral degree at Ankara University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. My PhD thesis is about the causes of food waste and effect of an initiative to reduce it in households and I use the mixed method in my thesis. I visited Justus-Liebig University, the Department of Consumer Research, Communication and Food Sociology from 21st – 24th November 2022 for my Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility.
