Impacts of epigenetic interactions between TET1 and PRC2 in spermatogenesis and fertility
Aims:
To determine the distribution, dynamics and functional relevance of the epigenetic modifying factors Ten-Eleven Translocation enzyme-1 (TET1) and Polycomb Repressive Complex-2 (PRC2) during spermatogenesis for fertility in humans and mice.
