DAAD-Programm "Zukunft Ukraine": Aktivitäten der Stipendiaten und Stipendiatinnen

 

Das Programm „Zukunft Ukraine“ wird vom Deutschen Akademischen Austausch­dienst (DAAD)
aus Mitteln des Auswärtigen Amtes (AA) gefördert.

An der JLU Gießen werden im Rahmen dieses Programms insgesamt 10 MA-Studierende und 2 Promovierende gefördert. 

Die Stipendiaten und Stipendiatinnen vernetzen sich aktiv an den einschlägigen Lehrstühlen und Instituten sowie den Partnerinstitutionen.
Sie nehmen nicht an diversen universitären Veranstaltungen teil und
initiierten selbst zahlreiche außercurriculare Events zum Thema Ukraine unter der Federführung des GiZo. 
Sie engagierten sie sich ehrenamtlich außerhalb der Universität und nehmen an weiterbildenden Ange­bo­ten teil. 

 

 

 

The photo exhibition Unissued Diplomas

“Unissued Diplomas” honored the Ukrainian students who will never graduate because their lives were tragically cut short by the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The aim of the exhibition - in addition to commemorating these students - is to remind the world of the ongoing war and the price Ukraine pays every day in its fight for freedom.

Workshop “The Voice of the Ukrainian Community in Germany and the EU: How to be heard?” (Воркшоп “Голос української громади в Німеччині та ЄС: як бути почутим?”)

Workshop organized for the Ukrainian community in Gießen, Germany, where participants discussed challenges, opportunities to influence local politics, and the significance of the European Parliament elections. The event was co-organised by the Ausländerbeirat Gießen, Ukrainischer Verein Gießen e.V., and the Institute of Political Science at Justus Liebig University Gießen (29 May 2024, Lidiia Shumska & Vladyslav Hulievych)

Workshop on Ukrainian culture in a German school (Anne-Frank-Schule Linden,
9th grade students)

As a Young European Ambassador to Ukraine, Lidiia Shumska introduced students to Ukraine's European integration as part of political education and shared the richness of Ukrainian culture.
