Course description
Aims:
This course is about understanding cultural differences and building the skills needed to collaborate effectively in diverse teams. Participants will explore how communication styles, trust, time, and decision-making vary across cultures and how these differences influence teamwork. The training is highly interactive and includes role plays, games, and practical tools that participants can apply directly in their academic and professional environments.
Learning outcomes:

Methodology:
Participants will actively engage with cultural models, practice socio-emotional skills, and reflect on real-life teamwork situations. Feedback and peer learning are an integral part of the workshop.
Your Trainer
Thomas Wagner is a communication specialist with more than 20 years of experience teaching managerial English and professional communication in higher education, where he developed courses on intercultural communication, rhetoric, and business ethics. Furthermore, he has more than 15 years experience conductiong corporate language and communication workshops. He has also designed and delivered corporate workshops for international companies such as Carl Zeiss, hessnatur, and Apollo Endosurgery, focusing on advanced rhetorical and intercultural communication skills.
