The introductory session for tutors begins with an overview of the tutor’s role, responsibilities, and boundaries. It introduces participants to the planning of a tutorial and provides insights into time management, content design, and methodological implementation. A particular focus lies on exchange among tutors in order to address concerns and strengthen confidence. The importance of reflection, feedback, and a constructive culture of critique is also discussed. The overall aim is to prepare tutors as effectively as possible for their role.
