The tutors’ qualification programme is designed for students who lead tutorial courses or study groups and wish to enhance their teaching skills. It equips participants with essential techniques for effective knowledge delivery, tailored to specific audiences, while offering valuable insights into learning psychology to help present educational content clearly and engagingly. Through a variety of workshops, participants can refine their skills in the areas most relevant to them. Beyond teaching development, the programme also emphasises the strengthening of social and personal competencies, supporting tutors in reflecting on and advancing their overall teaching practice.
HDM-Certificat
The Higher Education Didactics Network of Central Hesse (HDM) is a collaboration of universities in the Central Hesse region, aimed at enhancing and improving the quality of teaching.
