Error Message during Sign-in for CorelDraw Graphics Suite Installation [solved]

[UPDATE July 5, 2019]

Solution: A central Corel account for JLU is now available for installation under MacOS. This account information is available on request via software-manage.


After the Corel software was made available at JLU, we received feedback from users that the following message appears during the installation of the CorelDraw Graphics Suite (when trying to create a Corel account).

"Error: Serial number has already been used."

Windows and Mac operating systems are affected. The 'Skip' button is missing on MacOS, so that the installation cannot currently be completed.

We are currently having the problem checked by the manufacturer and will inform you of any new findings.

Only the CorelDraw software from the Corel software package is affected.
