International Virtual Collaborative Teaching: Information for Students

As part of the Virtual International Programme of JLU (VIP), collaborative courses are offered in cooperation with partner universities from all over the world. They are developed and taught jointly by JLU-lecturers and teachers from partner universities. Professors and lecturers coordinate their research interests, bundle their resources, and collaboratively design a seminar.
Some of the seminars are organized interdisciplinary by lecturers from different faculties. This ensures diversity in the cultural and academic exchange.
Both the academic dialogue and the interactive approach to learning will help students to acquire intercultural and digital key competences as well as teamworking skills during their virtual study experience. Furthermore, students will have the chance to create international networks and to learn more about a different study culture.
