Navigating the funding landscape can be a challenge, especially at the beginning of an academic career. Understanding the funding schemes with their very different objectives and requirements and then making a decision based on your own CV and personal career prospects are crucial first steps in the development of a third-party funding strategy for early career researchers.

To make it easier to gain an overview, Science Support offers a funding wallpaper that lists the most important funding guidelines by career phase and thus provides an overview of calls for proposals and deadlines that may be relevant for the respective career stage.
