In cooperation with the Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy (Prof. Hermann) we would like to point out the following course offers:

Procrastination

 

If you are constantly putting important things off, resulting in you getting angry or stressed, then you might be suffering from procrastination. We want to help you break your old habits!

We offer online trainings in different formats for dealing with procrastination, so that you can better cope with the challenges of your studies.

Over a period of 6 weeks (approx. 90 min per week) you will learn different strategies to better deal with procrastination. You can comfortably participate in our program from home.

To ensure that further generations of students can also benefit from this offer, we also want to scientifically investigate the effectiveness of the online training.

Time Management

Struggling to be in control of your own time? When there are too many upcoming tasks in your studies and private life we can have a hard time to manage our own time well, can’t we? If that is you, then you've come to the right place!

We offer time management skills training in 2 different formats: as an on-site group training as well as an online training module. Over 3 weeks, you will learn different strategies to train your time management skills. We also want to study the effectiveness of our trainings. For this we need you!

Stress Management - Strategies for a stress-free semester

If there are enough people interested, we will offer afternoon workshops on short notice.
