Best Paper Award of Solid State Ionics journal for paper on interphase formation of lithium metal anodes by S. Wenzel et al.

The paper “Interphase formation on lithium solid electrolytes—An in situ approach

to study interfacial reactions by photoelectron spectroscopy” by S. Wenzel, T. Leichtweiss, D. Krüger, J. Sann and J. Janek has been awarded as paper of the year 2015 by the Editors of Solid State Ionics. The award was given during SSI-21 in Padova to the authors. The journal “Solid State Ionics” is closely connected to the International Society of Solid State Ionics and the SSI conferences, and the journal editors award every year one paper from the journal.
