The following information is required to register and categorize labs within the LEAF program. This enables accurate classification in the system and supports future data analysis and comparisons.

Form: "AG [Name of Principal Investigator / Group Leader]"
Only registered domain email addresses for your institution will be able to access LEAF. All domains added must be specific to your institution. Please do not add external domains such as hotmail or gmail.
