Certificate and De-registration
You will receive your certificate within 4-6 weeks of submitting your request. Please complete the online form in full. Before requesting a certificate, please check whether the personal data stored in FlexNow (e.g. name and date of birth) is correct. If you find any errors here, please contact the Registrar's Office before requesting your certificate and have the data changed. Do not request your certificate until the changes have been made. Also check that all courses are sorted correctly before applying. If courses are to be rebooked, please contact the Examinations Office by e-mail and state the desired rebooking.
If you have booked modules in the area of voluntary additional achievements, you will receive an additional certificate for these achievements. You do not need to apply for this separately.
In accordance with § 31 (4) of the General Regulations for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, the final grade in grade points is calculated from the individual module grades and rounded up to one decimal place. The module grades are weighted according to the CP allocated to the modules. The final grade is then taken from the following table as a decimal grade and as a verbal assessment.

- After graduation, you should always apply for de-registration . You will then receive your certificate of de-registration. You may need this later for your pension.
- In case of questions regarding the refund of the semester fee, please contact the Registrar's Office. The Examinations Office cannot provide any information.
- If you have already completed all your examinations and are just waiting for your examination results to be entered, you no longer need to be enrolled.
-
You must be enrolled in the respective degree program at the start of the first attempt of the examination.
You must therefore no longer be enrolled when you submit your assignment/thesis or while you are waiting for your grade to be announced. If you do not pass the examination, you can also attempt to retake it during de-registration. -
If you have already been de-registered in the Bachelor's program because you are already enrolled in the Master's program, you can still view your registered examinations.
To do this, call up your student data in Flex Now and go to
Studiengang/-fach
Here you select the degree program Wirtschaftswissenschaften (exmatrikuliert) aus.
Then click on Allg. Daten und Prüfungen laden. Now you can see your data for the exmatriculated degree program.
Important: Even if you have been exmatriculated, you are still registered for the retake exams and can view your grade there later.
For registration and deregistration of examinations for the exmatriculated degree program, please contact the Examination Office for Business and Economics
We would be very pleased if we could stay in contact with you after your studies and if you could enrich our alumni network.
