Loss of the certificate
If you have lost some or all of your graduation documents (certificate and diploma), you can obtain a duplicate of your graduation documents from us. We charge a fee of 50 euros for this service. Please transfer the amount to the following account, stating the purpose of the transfer: Prüfungsamt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, KoSt. 22110000, Zweitausfertigung:

After the transfer, you can request a copy of the duplicate by e-mail from the Examination Office. Please attach the proof of transfer to the e-mail. Please provide the following information in the e-mail:
- Your name at the time the certificate was issued
- Matriculation number (if still known)
- Date of birth
- Current address for shipping the duplicate
- Type of lost document (Bachelor/Master/Diploma, certificate and/or diploma)
