Join for a 1.5-day workshop on "Large Language Models (LLMs) in Brain Research", bringing together experts at the forefront of cognitive neuroscience and AI. The workshop will explore how LLMs and vision-language models relate to human brain mechanisms, how they can generate and model linguistic data, and how brain-inspired methods can improve model alignment with neural activity. Talks by researchers including Benjamin Gagl, Gemma Roig, Johannes Mehrer, Sandro Pezzelle, Mariya Toneva, Adrien Doerig, and others will cover cutting-edge topics such as multimodal representations, brain-tuning of language models, and decoding visual scenes from neural signals.

Designed for researchers of all levels, the workshop combines conceptual grounding with practical guidance on applying LLMs in cognitive and neuroscience research. Participants will gain insights, build skills, and connect across disciplines to push the boundaries of research.
