Course description

Aims:

You will discuss impulses to grow resilience in three different ways – instrumental, cognitive and regenerative. The training will be highly interactive and includes many practical tools to integrate in participants’ work and private lives.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the training, the participants will be able to:

  • Explain resilience and know the difference to stress resistance
  • Use Applied Improvisation to become more resilient
  • Adapt their communication style to prevent stress
  • Lead themselves and others in a healthy way
  • Access resources and strength to deal with stress in a better way

Methodology:

The training is based on applied improvisation and thus highly interactive. The participants will have many opportunities to practice techniques to use and grow resilience in various situations and receive feedback during and after exercises.
