Collab Roll-out

Share knowledge, manage projects, and promote collaboration

JLU is implementing the collaboration tool 'Collab' to promote cooperation within and across departments. The aim is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas and to increase efficiency in projects. Whether you are creating meeting notes, planning and implementing projects, documenting processes, or developing ideas in a team, Collab allows you to work efficiently and transparently. The platform enables long-term structuring of knowledge and promotes joint processing of content. Get started now and experience how Collab sustainably improves teamwork and communication at JLU!
What can Collab do?

Project documentation: Joint recording of meeting notes, plans, and progress.
Knowledge management: Central storage of ideas, documentation, and processes.
Collaboration: Real-time editing of content, comment functions, and feedback options.
Templates: Ready-made templates for various use cases (meeting notes, project profiles, etc.)
