Well organized & secure: keep an eye on registrations and participation fees with Eveeno: Research congresses, international meetings, and other high-profile events are an essential part of university life at JLU and enrich our day-to-day research. But how can I digitally collect participation fees and tickets without too much effort? How do I keep track of my registrations?
Since February 2025, JLU has had Eveeno, a central and user-friendly solution for digital participant management, at its disposal. Whether you are organizing an event with or without fees, the tool helps you keep track of registrations, tickets, and payments.

Using the Eveeno payment service: For chargeable events (with participation fees), Eveeno handles payment processing and enables modern online payments. A charge of 4.9% of the participation fees is incurred. This is automatically deducted before the revenue is forwarded to the JLU finance department—transparently and without any additional effort on your part.
There are no fees for events without payment processing—registration and use (administration of registrations, ticket creation, etc.) are free of charge.

Receive organization rights – We will process your request and provide you with access to all organizational functions.

Edit the event – Start by editing the event details in Eveeno and customize the date, venue, and all other details individually and flexibly.
