Ph.D. Project
Developing genetic sexing for mosquito vector control in Aedes species. My PhD is funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG). The objective of the project is to develop and evaluate genetic sexing systems based on temperature sensitive lethal mutations for species-specific mosquito control within the framework of the Sterile Insect Technique (SIT) in Aedes aegypti.
