Shortly after your arrival in Giessen, you will need to deal with a few administrative formalities to be able to concentrate fully on your studies.
In this session, advanced international students will guide you through these steps:
- finding accommodation
- registration at the city office (Stadtbüro)
- opening a bank account
- information on health insurance
- applying for a residence permit
- public transportation
