We are pleased to announce the upcoming Atomic Layer Process Innovation Network (ALPIN) Workshop, which will take place in Gießen from September 2 to 3, 2025.
The workshop will cover all aspects of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Atomic Layer Etching (ALE), bringing together leading experts from both academia and industry. Attendees can look forward to engaging talks and poster presentations showcasing the latest developments and challenges in the field, an industry exhibition featuring cutting-edge technologies, and a networking evening - a great opportunity to exchange ideas in an informal setting.
