Today's global challenges cannot be solved from a single disciplinary perspective.This Summer School is designed for interdisciplinary students who enjoy connecting knowledge across fields and working collaboratively on complex questions. Students from all disciplines are welcome, especially those with an interest in crossing traditional academic boundaries.

Programme
The Programm ist currently being finalised. Below is an overview of the main themes that will shape the four-day Summer School
Day 1 - The Future of Work
Explore the major trends transforming today's labour market, including artificial intelligence, climate change, demographic developments, globalization, and new career paths. Together, we will discuss why interdisciplinary thinking is becoming increasingly important and how complex challenges require collaboration across traditional disciplines.
Day 2 - Artificial Intelligence
How will AI influence the jobs of tomorrow? Participants will learn how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to support their studies and career planning while also reflecting on ethical questions and broader societal implications.
Day 3 - Democracy, Ethics and Responsible Leaderships
This day explores topics such as responsible leadership, workplace ethics, negotiation skills, psychological safety, and employee rights. Discussions will focus on creating workplaces that are both innovative and socially responsible.
Day 4 - Future-Proof Skills
The final day is dedicated to your personal career development. Through practical workshops, participants will develop a long-term career vision, improve their professional profiles, and expand their networks. The programme concludes with concrete strategies for navigating an increasingly dynamic labour market.
