Cynthia Onyangore is a PhD Researcher under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wencke Gwozdz. She is a scholar under the DAAD funded IPPAE (International PhD Programme in Agricultural Economics, Bioeconomy and Sustainable Food Systems). She holds an MSc. In Agricultural Production Chain Management (APCM) from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands, and an MBA from Baker University, Wichita, KS, USA. She is also a certified Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialist from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). She has expertise in sustainability, food systems, managing multistakeholder partnerships (MSP) and business models and pricing. Her PhD is focused on researching consumer perceptions and attitudes to True Cost Pricing (TCP) and linkages to sustainable consumption in Kenya.
