Paula Marie Bürger is a research assistant at Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen since 2025. She works on the European research project Plan'Eat on sustainable and healthier diets and behavior change.
Previously, she successfully completed her studies in nutritional science and Ecotrophology at Justus-Liebig-University. In her Master's thesis, she developed a theoretically sound intervention strategy based on the Behaviour Change Wheel to promote healthier snacking habits in the EU research project PLAN'EAT.
Her particular research interests include healthy eating, consumer behaviour and strategies for changing behaviour.
