Laura Herzog has been a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Institute of Consumer Research, Communication and Nutritional Sociology at JLU since 2024. As part of her doctoral research, she is working on the European research project Plan’Eat, which focuses on sustainable and healthier dietary patterns and behavior change.
Her research interests lie particularly in sustainable nutrition, nutrition education, and strategies for behavior change.
