Laura Herzog has been working as a research assistant at the Institute for Consumer Research, Communication and Nutritional Sociology at JLU since 2024.
Prior to this, she successfully completed her degree in Ecotrophology at Justus Liebig University. She investigated the impact of information on attitudes towards the consumption of edible insects as a sustainable meat alternative.
Her research interests especially include sustainable nutrition and nutrition education.
