Completed Projects
The project, funded by the Rehwinkel-Sitftung, addresses the widespread research question of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on regional value chains in Germany.
The aim is to take a differentiated look at the effects of pandemic-induced demand shocks on the resilience of regional value chains and to derive stabilising factors and risk management strategies within these value chains. Resilience will be considered in all four phases (preparation, response, recovery, adaptation) and for different stakeholders (producers, processors, traders, large-scale consumers).

Within the framework of this project funded by the Rehwinkel-Sitftung, we dealt with the research question of how the frequently demanded sustainable consumption is currently implemented by the food retail sector within the framework of its communication, product range and pricing policy.
