Consultation Hours on Site

- Submission of doctoral documents, presentation of original certificates and collection of the doctoral certificate (in person or by proxy): Wednesdays from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
- Collection of Bachelor's / Master's documents: Tuesdays from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Certificates or other attestations that are required in the original must be requested in advance. Certificates can usually be collected after four weeks, for other certificates please enquire in advance.
Appointments on other topics or outside office hours can be made by telephone or in person by prior arrangement.
