What Does the Erasmus+ Traineeship Programme Have to Offer?
An Erasmus+ Traineeship grant will give you organisational and financial support when you arrange your own internship in another European country.
The grant itself is a subsidy towards living expenses.
TIP: It is a good idea to arrange for your internship to start directly after a study semester abroad. During your study period you will be able to make contact with companies for the purpose.
Application Requirements and Deadlines
To be eligible for a grant- You must be enrolled as a degree-seeking student at Justus Liebig University Giessen.
- The subject-related internship is carried out full-time.
- The internship must last at least 2 months (= 60 days) up to a maximum of 12 months.
In the framework of a gap mobility, an internship planned directly upon completion of your degree course can also be supported by Erasmus+ Traineeship. More information…
Note: Grants cannot be awarded for internships at EU institutions and for EU projects. If you are not sure if your planned internship can be supported, please contact us.
Students from non-EU member states are eligible for an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant if they are studying a complete degree course at JLU Giessen and are intending to graduate there.
