Personal details

Nixon Murathi Kiratu joined JLU as a PhD candidate of the International PhD Program for Agricultural Economics, Bioeoconomy and Rural Development in the Department of Agricultural Policy and Market Research in October 2019. He holds a Collaborative Masters in Agricultural and Applied Economics (CMAAE) for Eastern, Central and Southern Africa from Egerton University in collaboration with the University of Pretoria (2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management from Egerton University (2011). His current PhD research focuses on linking irrigation to nutritional outcomes in East Africa.
