Personal details

Sakeus Kadhikwa joined the department of Agricultural Policy and Market Research at JLU in November 2022 as a PhD researcher under the Enhanced livelihoods and Natural Resources Management under Accelerated Climate Change (ELNAC) project. The project addresses the on-going human-wildlife conflict and failing conservation and development objectives in the Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA TFCA in Southern Africa. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Culture and Environment in Africa from the University of Cologne, Germany (2018), Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from Triumphant College, Namibia (2021) and Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism and Environmental Studies from the University of Namibia (2014). His current PhD research focuses on social metabolism of community-based natural resources management schemes in Northeastern Namibia.
