All PhD students can make use of Erasmus stays abroad for altogether 12 months. These months can be split into several stays abroad, such as study or internship. Repeated application is possible! The ERASMUS Programme Countries are the 28 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey and Macedonia.

Minimum duration of stay: 3 months (90 days) for study abroad, 2 months (60 days) for an internship abroad
ERASMUS TRAINEESHIP PROGRAMME
As an Erasmus traineeship scholarship you receive organizational and financial assistance in the preparation and implementation of a self-organized internship in other European countries. The scholarship itself consists of a grant for the cost of living. Due to the different cost of living the scholarship varies from country to country.
