Description
The Micro-CT Core Facility at the Medical Faculty of the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen specializes in high-resolution imaging of small structures using micro-computed tomography (Micro-CT). This non-invasive technique allows for the detailed visualization of hard and soft tissues, as well as inorganic materials, with resolutions down to a few micrometers or even sub-micrometer levels. The facility supports a wide range of research applications, including the study of bone and dental structures, fracture healing, organ and tissue analysis, and material science.
