Therefore, in this workshop you will learn and practice proper etiquette in communicating with lecturers, secretary offices and other departments at the university, including:
• Using the proper tone
• Using the right style
• The forms of greeting
• The subject line – concise and recipient-oriented; the salutation – appropriate and polite
• Writing an effective message
• Don'ts and things to avoid in your communication with lecturers and other university staff
• How to design your e-mail correspondence in a professional, modern, standard-compliant and appealing manner
There will also be time for further, individual questions.
