Intercultural Workshop (Online)

It is a fair challenge to study in a foreign country. One will gain new experiences and evolve.
But it is exhausting as well, as we are confronted with a lot of unfamiliar behaviour, and often we do not know what is appropriate and what is not.

This workshop is designed to help international students to cope at German universities. We will discuss different ways of teaching and learning and try to give support for everyday communication in Germany as well.

Lecturer:
Elisabeth Sommerhoff studied Drama and Literature at the University Gießen, in Vienna (Austria) and at Yale University (USA). She spent five years teaching at the University of Birmingham (Great Britain).
Currently she is working at the University of Regensburg in the field of Intercultural Rhetoric Competence.
