An internship and a first job are much more than getting to know a professional field and completing your tasks. They are literally the starting point of your professional career. Therefore it is good to plan ahead and get prepared: What awaits me on the first day and in the first week? What can I do to make a good impression, how can I organize myself, what are good small talk topics, how can I show what I am capable of and get better every day? What does networking mean in practice and how can I do it in a way that suits me? These are the questions that we will discuss and that you will find answers to. Make the best of your internship and your first 100 days in a new job!

Barbara Motschenbacher is an expert in recruiting, personal development and change management. She studied International Business and Cultural Studies at the University of Passau. Being fluent in German, English, French and Polish, she loves working in international environments.
