This workshop aims at providing a general understanding of project management applied in companies. You will get to know the most important methods and terms. At the same time you will experience practical exercises and get tips for smaller and bigger projects.

Lecturer:

Barbara Motschenbacher is an expert in recruiting, personal development and change management. She studied International Business and Cultural Studies at the University of Passau. Being fluent in German, English, French and Polish, she loves working in international environments.
