Effective academic communication is the basis of successful scholarly work. Transferring the output of your research to other scholars and practitioners is probably the most important component in academics. But: academic writing is not like other styles of communication. It has own conventions that ensure clear, explicit and logically consistent contents.
In this workshop participants will experience helpful and sustainable strategies to keep their writing on track.

Scheduling and maintaining focus with sustainable habits.
Instructor: Dr. Iris Krimmel
Dr. Iris Krimmel is familiar with all aspects of academic writing. After working for many years as a political scientist, she started to work as a writing coach in 2019 and supports young scholars and scientists in every stage of the academic writing process. She‘s convinced that pen and paper are the most effective tools for learning and deepening knowledge (www.handpapierkopf.de).
