Postdoc Meeting: Communicating your research

PCMO Postdoc Meetings are an hour well invested for your career. In this series, experts from JLU inform you about changing topics. Here you can ask your questions, take away new ideas for your work and exchange ideas with other postdocs. Communicating research to the public has become increasingly important for a successful career in academia. How can the transfer of knowledge improve your visibility – both within your specific scientific community and for your audiences outside the university? This Postdoc Meeting is an opportunity for you to discuss your most pressing questions on how to successfully make your research findings accessible. We can, for example, reflect on your role as a public figure, identify and discuss your own communication strategy, or share ideas among your peers about different media channels and formats.
