Online Form - Application for Hosting the Annual GGS Conference 2026

The application deadline for the annual GGS conference 2026 is December 15, 2024.

This online form enables you to apply for funding for hosting the annual GGS conference 2026 in accordance with the "Guidelines for financial support of the GGS sections". For organizing the conference, the GGS allocates € 3.000,00 in funds which may be used in accordance with the pertinent regulations of JLU ("Beschaffungsordnung" and "Bewirtungsrichtlinie"). The funds can also be used to co-fund, i.e. in conjunction with other funding sources.
We ask you to only fill out the application form for the GGS Annual Conference and upload it down below.

Pleasure note that towards the end of 2026 a short accountability report (max. 2 pages) has to be handed in which is supposed to give a transparent overview of how the funds were used.
