Document Management System (DMS) project

 

DMS Project Leader

  • Gathers requirements and analyzes business processes.
  • Models them according to the Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) standard; defines, designs, and optimizes university processes associated with digital transformation in cooperation with relevant organizational units.
  • Supports ongoing development of internal university work processes (change management).
  • Develops training and informational material, implements training courses, and helps introduce optimized processes.

Electronic Student Record (E-Studiakte) Coordinator

  • Collaborates with a Hessian-wide exchange network on student records
  • Records and continues developing the current processes used in student records.
  • Develops, conceives, and incrementally introduces new digital processes for electronic student records in cooperation with the student secretariat, the examination offices, and other organizational units, as well as external service providers.
  • Develops training and information material, implements training courses as part of the new processes / the new DMS system.
