International Criminal Law in Practice

This project aims to assess recent developments in the field of International Criminal law drawing from the jurisprudence of mainly the ICTY and ICC regular reports and judgments including other ad hoc tribunals dealing on issues of international criminal justice mainly in Africa and other parts of the globe where the United Nations justice machinery is at work.
The ideas express here are those of the author and mainly for academic consumption. Constructive comments and criticisms are welcome provided they add to the value of academic research and human advancement.
